How to Get Plump Lips and Create the Perfect Pout

For that sexy, sultry pout, try my lip plumping buffing technique. "Buff" the lips with the Lip Intensifier Pencil by applying the pencil with light feathering strokes around the lip line, blending inwards towards the center. With a lip brush, apply matte or sheer lipstick, like my Balanced Sheer Lipstick or Balanced Matte Lipstick, evenly all over your lips. This is the most nourishing way to add maximum pigment, long-lasting color and fullness to your lips. If you wish to soften the color, dab lips with your fingertips.

To complete this lip plumping technique, apply a lip gloss in sun-kissed pink or bronze.
